Carolina Speak Now is always seeking exceptional speech therapists. We serve the major metropolitan areas of North Carolina and its neighboring counties. An active NC SLP license is required.  We also consider CFY candidates and SLP-Assistants.

We are a growing, established practice providing in-home and virtual speech therapy throughout North Carolina with a dedicated team of speech and language pathologists who believe in compassionate, personalized therapy.

 

Carolina Speak Now (CSN) prides itself on providing the most culturally and linguistically sensitive services in the area while providing its therapists the highest compensation and administrative support. We are in the Raleigh area but have therapists servicing throughout North Carolina. We have contracts with most of the CDSAs throughout the state.

We offer highly competitive rates per session, training, and handle all marketing, operational, billing, and administrative efforts. Employees and independent contractors who work with us earn far more than they could make with other companies.

History

Carolina Speak Now was founded in 2012 by Jacklyn Coats, a pediatric SLP who wanted more freedom and work-life balance. "I wasn't looking for the typical 9-to-5 corporate job," says Jacklyn. "I wanted to create the type of company I want to work for." She created a company that is therapist-focused. Carolina Speak Now (CSN) is a company with the philosophy of allowing therapists to expand their skill sets and earn competitive pay in a positive work environment.

Position

Speak Now is looking for energetic, positive, and motivated people (employees and independent contractors) who are fully licensed (with ASHA credentials) SLPs, registered CF-SLPs, and registered (temporary or full) SLP-Assistants to provide children in-home/in-person speech therapy.

We provide a low-pressure work environment where you determine your schedule and service areas. Our goal is to give you the tools and access to experienced therapists where we can help you with your growth and continued success while compensating you appropriately for your experience and work.

Spanish-speaking providers also have access to a large and growing team established in the area for continuous improvement and assistance.

Therapists are not paid for canceled sessions or mileage.

Compensation

THE FINE PRINT

  • In most cases, newly hired therapists' caseloads must be built from scratch (parent choice). This can take some time and means that your compensation will be much lower for the first month or two while we add children to your caseload. We do not supplement your income during this process.

  • Onboarding, which takes approximately 15-20 hours, is partially compensated.
